People often self-medicate with drugs or alcohol and possibly indulge in other self-destructive behaviours. \nMany people with ADHD have complex trauma as well. A few are misdiagnosed becausethere are many similarities in how they present – it is not straightforward. This webinar will look at similarities and differences\, and the compounding effect of having both ADHD and Complex Trauma so that you are better able to adapt your coaching to the client’s needs. \nThis is an interactive couple of hours\, with time for discussions and questions. It is designed to help you with your coaching practice. \nAlyson is an experienced\, coach and trainer of adults. She has designed and delivered many courses at different levels.
