The Course

This live online course comprises 60 hours of study – 36 hours of tutor led, interactive, practice based delivery using Zoom supported by 24 hours of self study which is accessed through our easy to use Canvas platform. Free tech support is available.
The qualification is dual accredited by the Association for Coaching and the Universal Coaching Alliance and this ensures high quality, up to date content and delivery by an experienced tutor. It was the first accredited ADHD coaching course in the UK.
Outside of the class time our coaches complete 12 hours of coaching with two clients of their choice and complete reflective logs about the experience.
In addition to the course content and ADHD Coaching qualification, our coaches have access to 3 free group supervision sessions per year for two years after the course.
They also have one year’s free associate membership with the Association for Coaching and one year’s free student membership with the Universal Coaching Alliance and the ADHD & Neurodiversity Universal Coaching Alliance, with access to their resources, webinars, forums and networks.
We have a LinkedIn community for our coaches to share experiences and ideas and we are also have an online directory for our trained coaches to promote their services.

Describe approaches to structuring 6 week coaching programmes

Understand record keeping and how to adhere to GDPR
Recognise boundaries and issues relating to mental health
Discuss the benefits of supervision, reflection and CPD for continual improvement
You will also:
Take part in a group supervision (one hour) and wrap up session (one hour)
Have supervision with the tutor (one hour) to be arranged outside class
