Hi š
Iām Diane, cold water swimming enthusiast, chai latte fiend and a huge fan of learning.
I am a qualified accredited coach (via Association for Coaching) specialising in supporting perimenopausal women with diagnosed/undiagnosed ADHD.
My background? I've worked with children and families for over 3 decades so understand the complexity ADHD brings to the family dynamic!
My background includes CBT training as well as being an accredited living with teens course facilitator, various parenting qualifications. I am also trained in motivational interviewing and hold a foundation degree in Childhood and Youth studies.
I came to work with ADHD via my own journey and the fact my Teenager is also on her own ADHD journey - chuck in a load of hormones and a sprinkling of midlife mayhem and here we are!
Seriously though, it is a complete minefield which led me to seek support realising the HUGE lack of support currently out there.
I am currently studying to become a Yoga Nidra teacher and have just completed my NLP practitioner training.
I am specifically trained in ADHD coaching which is accredited by the AC and UCA and will be starting my Master NLP qualification in January 2026!
I am a member of the Association for coaching, Universal coaching alliance and Association for NLP. I am fully insured with Holistic insurance (UK.)
I am passionate about helping women with ADHD to see themselves with love, acceptance and compassion in order to help them figure out what strategies work best for them! I support them to explore and build a unique set of tools so that they can step into the best version of themselves.
