I’m James, a warm, curious and genuine coach and environmentalist.
Late diagnosed with ADHD, I am passionate about helping you find strategies for change, as well as acceptance,. So you can move forwards with inner peace and confidence. More yourself.
I am a very experienced professional coach and accredited ADHD Coach. I specialise in helping people through life and work transitions, as well as those suffering from mild to moderate mental health concerns. I am passionate about working with nature to help us find calm, compassion and creativity - and love to work with my clients outdoors - whether face to face, or remotely.
