I’m Zakia, founder of NeuroPathways and a neuro-affirming coach with over 20 years’ experience supporting neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. I take a holistic approach, working with mind, body, and nervous system to help clients navigate everyday challenges, build self-advocacy, and live authentically. I love witnessing people recognise their strengths, reframe challenges, and grow into lives that truly reflect their values. Session Details – I offer tailored coaching, typically in 6-session packages, or as needed. Accredited in Executive Function coaching with a background in higher education, I support neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, with practical strategies for focus, organisation, time management, and emotional regulation. I work holistically while honouring the intersectional complexities of culture and identity, helping you build confidence, self-advocacy, and a life aligned with your values. Pricing - £120 per hour or £650 for a 6-session package. I also offer a sliding scale to make coaching more accessible—please get in touch to discuss what might work for your situation.
