About us

We train confident, capable ADHD coaches through practical, accredited programmes rooted in real-world experience.

Our mission

To make high-quality ADHD coach training accessible, practical and genuinely transformative, so more coaches can confidently support neurodivergent clients in meaningful ways.

We believe great coaching comes from a balance of knowledge, practice and reflection, not theory alone.

Meet Esther

Barrett Coaching and Training was founded by Esther Barrett, an experienced coach, trainer and supervisor specialising in ADHD and neurodiversity.

Her work is grounded in years of hands-on coaching practice, alongside a deep understanding of how neurodivergence shows up in real life, not just in theory.

Esther created this training to bridge the gap she saw in the industry:
too much theory, not enough practical application.

Her approach focuses on helping coaches build real confidence, through practice, reflection and supportive learning environments.

What our students say

Hear from coaches who have completed training with Barrett Coaching and Training and gone on to develop their practice.

“This training completely changed my career path. I went from feeling unsure to feeling confident and equipped to work with ADHD clients.

What stood out most was how genuinely neuro-affirming the experience felt, and how much it deepened my own understanding of ADHD.”

I finished the course feeling confident, capable, and excited about the work I’m now doing with clients.”
