I am a coach working with adults and teenagers who are either diagnosed and undiagnosed ADHD, dyslexic, autistic or combined neurodiversity (e.g. AuDHD). I'll help you understand your true self and move forwards in a much brighter direction.

I am warm, down to earth and friendly ADHD coach and Human Givens Psychotherapist. I am late diagnosed with ADHD and Autism.
I use evidence based practices to provide solution focused approaches integrating coaching and counselling techniques if required. I have found that many of us have co occurring mental health challenges alongside our neurodiversity and offer a warm and welcoming space to navigate this. For some of us combining the approaches of coaching alongside the insights and wisdom of Human Givens therapy, can help to facilitate more sustainable personal and professional growth.
