I’m an ADHD coach with a background in the creative industry. I work with ADHD creators, not just artists, but anyone with ideas, businesses, new projects or paths, who might find it challenging to match their talent for ideas with the more structured elements required to move forward. I help clients understand how their minds work, navigate doubt, barriers and overwhelm and plan for manageable action. My approach is very supportive and human.
