Are you able to perform at a high level one moment… and completely crash the next? Do you feel like you have significant potential, yet struggle to access it consistently? Are you tired of cycling between hyperfocus, overwhelm, procrastination, and burnout? Do you sometimes feel perpetually close to breakthrough… without ever quite arriving?
These are some of the most common experiences I see in neurodivergent professionals and entrepreneurs.
My work combines ADHD coaching with clinical hypnotherapy and somatic nervous system regulation — an approach I call Neurodivergent Somatic HypnoCoaching. While strategies, systems, and mindset are important, many people with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD are trying to create change whilst their nervous system is stuck in survival mode: masking, overcompensating, running on adrenaline, and constantly feeling behind.
This is where somatic hypnotherapy can become a powerful tool for us neurodivergents. Rather than only talking about change intellectually, somatic hypnocoaching helps clients experience regulation and change within the body and nervous system in real time. You are often able to access greater calm, clarity, focus, emotional regulation, and sustainable motivation far more effectively than through insight alone.
My approach is particularly focused on helping clients:
* stabilise focus and follow-through
* reduce anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity
* recover from burnout and chronic “catch-up mode”
* improve sustainable performance without sacrificing wellbeing
* move from survival mode into a more regulated, solution-focused state
Rather than trying to “fix” neurodivergence, the work centres on understanding your unique brain and nervous system, and developing personalised ways of working that allow you to perform, live, and relate more effectively — without burning yourself out in the process.
As someone who is AuDHD myself, what began as a personal search for answers and a special interest in hypnosis, eventually became a professional passion: helping neurodivergent people achieve their potential in a more sustainable and self-compassionate way.
