Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, you're in the right place. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where coaching is tailored to your goals, your pace, and your needs. From finding balance, to navigating big decisions, small steps can lead to lasting change.
Hello, I’m Michelle Shavdia, a Coaching Psychologist and ADHD Coach, and the founder of Find Your Spark.
I specialise in supporting young people over the age of 10, and adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles to better understand their brains, build confidence, and create systems that genuinely work for them. I also support families of individuals with ADHD, as well as those who may be exploring or questioning whether they have ADHD and are seeking clarity and guidance.
Through my coaching practice, I combine psychological theory, practical strategies, and lived experience to help clients improve focus, manage emotions, and develop sustainable routines—so they can feel more in control and reconnect with their strengths and values. I look forward to hearing from you!!
