Hi, I'm Nadine and I’m a certified ADHD coach and late-diagnosed ADHDer based in Cheshire. My own diagnosis came at 35 and suddenly so much of my life before that point finally made sense, but that was quickly followed by “now, what?”. I created A Ripple Effect to give other women the support I wished I'd had in that moment – when you’ve figured out the ‘why’, but you have no idea what to do next. And that ‘why’ doesn’t need a formal diagnosis – you need support now, not at the end of a years-long waiting list. My coaching isn't just based on my own experience though because us ADHDers aren’t all the same and you don’t need a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. Instead, we’ll use evidence-backed research about how the ADHD brain works to help you understand why you do the things you do (and why a new planner only works for the first page). We’ll work together to explore strategies to find ones that actually work for you and your life. I promise not to offer generic advice or utter "have you just tried…", and Instead, you’ll get practical, personalised support from someone who genuinely gets it because it’s my life too.
