Sue Eskins
I am a qualified Executive coach who specialises in ADHD. I became interested in ADHD when my adult children were diagnosed in their late twenties. They inspired me to do an ADHD qualification. I am a retired Nurse and a qualified higher education teacher. I have a unique set of skills which allows me to offer a range of approaches to meet individual needs. I offer a combination of non-directive and directive coaching. As a result, I help people understand what ADHD is, how it presents for individuals and strategies to practice going forward to make life more manageable and fulfilled. I coach a range of people from young people in their twenties to late diagnosis in their sixties, including career change, CEO’s with overwhelm and women in peri/ menopause. By working with people on their strengths and individual needs, I develop good rapport to develop trust for people to lower the mask of ADHD.
